Returns & Refunds Policy – Dragon Craft
We want you to love everything you purchase from Dragon Craft. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—with a fair and clear return policy that protects both our customers and the integrity of our handmade products.
Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The item must not be a type that falls under our non-returnable goods list below.
You must contact us before sending your item back to confirm eligibility.
Please email us at sally@dragoncraftal.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used items
Body butters, oils, and soap bars that have been unsealed or exposed
Custom or personalized items
Products marked as final sale
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears used or tampered with, or if it does not meet return conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Replacements may be offered for damaged or defective items at our discretion.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund using your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot refund or replace items lost in return transit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
